Programme Structure 

Duration: 2 days

Participants: 10 to 25 pax

Objectives: Ensuring team cohesion, team alignment and team collaboration.

Overview: Participants will understand that the starting point for success is that there has to be a shared vision and a clear understanding of a Purpose Statement.

By the completion of the Organisational Empowerment & Company Alignment, participants will be able to:
